The number of black and Hispanic registered voters has fallen sharply since 2008, posing a serious challenge to the Obama campaign in an election that could turn on the participation of minority voters.

They are given every opportunity to register to vote. If they choose NOT to do so, that's fine with me. I'd rather they didn't show up, than do so just to vote for someone who says he'll give them something, or because he 'looks like them'.

I feel the same about ignorant or freeloading WHITE voters.

We don’t need the ignorant human failures to vote. Minorities don’t read and all they know is what they get from TV. If conservatives would drop their CATV the mass media would change, but Americans will ride their entertainment addictions all the way to 3rd world status before they wake up.
