The reality is that being a minority is actually a plus in employment, college admissions, etc. Tokenism is rampant as we move from a merit based society to on based on race, ethnicity, and gender. Affirmative action and minority business set asides are institutionalized in laws, policies, and regulations. We have "hate crimes." DOJ does not pursue cases involving discrimination against non-Hispanic whites--a new category that was developed in the 1970s by the USG. The MSM withholds facts and data to maintain a phony narrative that there is widespread discrimination in the US.
And voting ID laws are being attacked as being racist. The DOJ has been complicit in such attacks in the way they enforce the Voting Rights Act, an anachronism that unfairly punishes Southern states.

If the “company” has any contracts with the feral gubbmint they have to report the number of “special people”, i.e. designated minorities they employ annually to said gubbmint.
If all of your employees are older white males it is highly unlikely you will get the contract in the first place much less have it renewed.
