Still no vote for Romney here, Jim. I’m accountable to God for my vote and I can’t vote for an abortionist (or any of the other affronts to Christianity we all know Romney supports). I also can’t support the fiscal liberal that Romney is.
However, it’s good that we at least attempt to get along. The name-calling needs to stop. I will vote for the best conservative I can find, at every spot on my ballot. To me, that’s what FR is all about — to advance the conservative movement.
There are great people on this website whom I respect quite a bit. I’m going to differ with them from time to time but adults can do that and still get along. It’s the petty name-callers who need to be on notice.

Great message today, but if only we’d could have put the above attitude into practice six months ago . . . :sigh:
At any rate, Jim, would it be possible to ask Freepers from every state to round up a compilation of down ticket conservatives as a voting guide. That would be awesome and helpful.
I’m probably going to hold my nose and vote for Romney. Not to win the presidency but to at least have a chance at preserving the supreme court. I will vote the most conservative candidate in every race. Hopefully we will get enough conservatives in congress to keep Romney on a very tight leash
I propose our action plan for the next four years is to close our primaries. Allowing dems and independents to vote in primaries has been a disaster!
BINGO! And some are hell bent on embracing liberalism/socialism and trying desperately to get others to join with them with fear tactics.
Just let the weak go their way, as for me my roots are firmly planted in Christianity that made this country great. The weak have surface roots that are easily shaken loose like a tooth - the toothless, the faithless.
I also cant support the fiscal liberal that Romney is
His record proves he is just that - the weak listen to his lying tongue.
Thank you very much, Colonel_Flagg!!
