Yeah, nothing like scheduling these photo ops on the same day when economic numbers are released...urging the sycophant media to use those "Aw shucks, we're so honored to be here" sound bites instead of the hard cold truth.

The starting 5 for Kentucky will join the 1% group in a few months. Will Obama’s legions jeer them as well.

I’m a huge UK fan so this is bittersweet. I wish it was another president they could meet.
It is ironic though, that in a few months 6 of these guys will be the 1%.

How many of the players are still in school as of this date? I bet very few of the starters are still on campus going to classes.

They all are. Only once in the past three years has a player left and not finished his classes. Daniel Orton.

Obama and Calipari in the same room! I would be checking out the weather forecast to see if there was going to be thunderstorms and lighting strikes.

Cal is a liberal. No doubt about that. I know he donates to both sides. But he leans lib.

Cal goes to Mass twice a day! Keeps the confessional booth hot, or however that works.

Sure. Nothing much going on in Kentucky this weekend. It's a perfect time to invite folks from Kentucky to come to Washington.

There are still guys I hang out with who blame the Bruins losing on Tim Thomas for not going to the White House.
