If Rubio's parents had not been Cuban Citizens, living in Miami, he could have possibly been born in Honolulu. That legally makes him a Natural Born Citizen. American Natural Born Citizenship is the natural right of every man, woman, and child on this planet who had the potential to be born in Hawaii.
Born in Hawaii ... or at least the potential to have been born there ... is the key to Constitutional eligibility. That is why I support Don Ho for President.
