Hitler and his Nazi demonic goons used to call this program “Life, unworthy of life”. Nothing new under the sun...

Has anybody noticed TV programs are degenerating?..
Conan, Leno, and Letterman is getting much more raunchy..
Hard for even me to watch.. and I’m no religious nut..

Only time for the rest to fall on the slippery slope..

Are these the same people who are often heard to say “Show me the love” and “Share the love”...?

Women’s right to choose and all that, right?

I watched the video. Aside from age and reversal of the parent-child relationship, what, precisely, differentiates this woman's dilemma from that of untold thousands of children whose parents develop senile dementia, (Alzheimer's) etc.?

I lived through the second scenario, and cannot fathom terminating a parent's (or child's) life merely because they no longer respond to you -- and that makes you uncomfortable.

Interesting comparison:

Met last night with our (Christian) support group for parents of special-needs children - what a wonderful blessing from God our children are - with all of the struggles and tears we wouldn't have it any other way - God does not make mistakes!

Looks like Action T4 is alive and well.

Hitler and the Nazis would be so proud of us.

Before anyone feels the need to comment on this article, they should live in the “shoes” we parents live in daily while living with a child that is severely affected by a disease or birth defect that renders them unable to live a normal life or fend for themselves.

I have a son (34) who is afflicted with myotonic dystrophy. His mother, mother’s twin sister, uncle, great uncle and great aunt all died from it. It is a disease passed through genes of the family. Little was known about it in 1978 when he was born but we certainly learned the hard lessons later.

If I had known what was in store for him before he was born, I (and my wife) would not have hesitated to approve an abortion before his birth. We were not aware back in those days the horrific damage that it would afflict him with.

Now, I am much older and single. I have no relatives to take care him if I pass away before him. I have lost thousands of hours of sleep over the years worrying what will happen to him if I pass away before him and the severe change in his lifestyle that he currently enjoys.

When that day comes, he will lose his rights to privacy and property he so dearly loves when someone comes to take him away to a place that he has no privacy nor the personal property that he now possesses. It will be the worst day in his life on that day along with a change of life that he will hate for the rest of his life...and I am to blame for bringing him into this world to live a later life devoid of friends, family and normalcy.

It’s very easy for you who have not lived with someone totally helpless, knowing that when you pass away the loving link between you and him/her vanishes and their lives become a living hell when placed in some agency for the rest of their lives.

You have to walk in my shoes to really know what good can be done by an abortion in a situation whereby it is known before birth that something as horrible as the incurable disease my son has could have never occurred.

However, back in the 70’s abortion was outlawed and we were also unaware of the full facts about mytonic dystrophy until it was too late.

Euthanasia is another thing...it is murder, pure and simple. Once the baby is born, you have to accept what comes with it. I have.

(not euthanization after birth) in the case such as ours. Once born, euthanization is murder, not

Actually the persons that would be killed are not babies but adults with medical problems that require constant care.

This is how it started in Germany in the 30’s getting scary out there.
