KABUL, May 1 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Barack Obama arrived in Afghan capital Kabul on Tuesday for an unannounced visit, Afghan officials said.
During his trip here, the U.S. president is expected to sign a strategic agreement with Afghanistan, unnamed Afghan government officials were quoted as saying by local TV channels.
He’s trying, at this late hours to look so...so, what shall e call...so presidential? Like Bush? Doing what Bush did. I bet the MSM does not draw that comparison.
Except Bush did it out of commitment to the troops and the mission whereas Obama is doing it out of commimtnet to...himself.

Just more ball spiking propaganda from the commie in chief...yawn.
He is there for one reason only — to draw attention to Osama Bin Laden’s death...
He is spiking the football (again).
It really is all he has. Everything else of substance works against him.
On Friday, April’s unemployment numbers come out...My guess is the denominator will be reduced, again.
Obama to Kharzi, Stop shooting our soldiers until after my election and then I ‘ll be more flexible.
OBAMA SPIKES BALL -- IN KABUL?
Gadzooks! And, what is worse, dangnapit... he's coming back!
It’s a twofer.
1. A propaganda move, so he looks seriously concerned about the War on Terror, or whatever he calls it at the moment.
2. He gets to give more money to the Afghan Muslim terrorists.
And maybe it’s a threefer. Good way to do a fundraiser. He tells Karzai, “I’ll give you an extra billion, if you send 10% of it to my campaign bundlers under the name of Mickey Mouse.”
LOL. The child is now trying to look like he cares about the troops.
Poser. Nothing but a poser.
So Obama’s mouthpieces lied...

White House denying the report that Obama is in Afghanistan.
The article linked to this thread below has now been removed from the NYPost website.
“That report is not accurate and the president is not in Kabul,” National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor told NewsCore.
ISAF would only confirm that a “high-level delegation” had arrived in the Afghan capital while the US Embassy said reports that Obama was there were “false.”

The Weekly Standard reports these odd events, but does not name Vietor. Did the NY Post edit the article before they took it down entirely?
“That report is not accurate and the president is not in Kabul,” an Obama administration reportedly said. Instead, only a “high-level delegation” could be confirmed as having arrived....
“But the New York Post has taken down the page—the report no longer appears on their website. And there still has not been definitive word on the current whereabouts of the president of the United States. (A Chinese report suggests that Obama is in Kabul, though, again, that has not been confirmed.)
So the question remains: where is President Obama?”

So... will Obama and Karzai do an open-air walking parade down the streets of Khandahar to commemorate the 1st anniversary of Obama’s having killed Osama bin Laden all by himself?
Notice it says "Kabul," not "Afghanistan."
Gee, who didn’t see this coming. I wonder if the Secret Service has the same Rules Of Engagement as our soldiers? Yeah, right.
