This judge didn't like the juries verdict so he says he didn't give proper jury instructions. Sheesh
Judges perverting the rule of law for personal sgendas should be the one crime that sentences these privileged offenders to be bound to a post in a public venue and whipped to within an inch of their lives.
Perhaps he should recuse himself from the retrial, or step down from the post due to his incompetence.
Judges can violate RICO. There should be a wing for Judges and Clintons at Leavenworth.
