Don't forget taildragger, early on in zero's presidency pirates got a hold of an American citizen. Three times the American escaped the vessel where he was held and the Navy stood by with no orders and did nothing. This dragged on and on if you recall.
It is rumored that the Navy finally took matters into their own hands and they ended the stand off quite nicely with seal snipers on the aft end of a ship; result, American home safe.
I wonder if any from that incident will start speaking up?
