PLC is open to civilians as well as prior service. As I understand, it’s a process to weed out non-hackers. Pass PLC - two six week sessions, and upon graduation you commission and do six months at Quantico - The Basic School. Complete that then on the mos school - for Ben - flight school.
The fliers have an eight year commitment as opposed to six for ground jobs.
