Good point, but did you really read all of that?
No. I'm used to dialing into the nut of patent disclosures. They are over 50% BS. I read the overview, and then started searching for the words "neutron" and "heat" until I found the area of the text that was important to me.
If I read every word of everything that crossed my desk, well, I wouldn't get half as much done.
