Both of you, thanks for the stereotype, the article is about a woman defending herself and her home, and it becomes “hill people”. Go to Asheville and see if you find any “hill people”. Thanks, we “hill people” catch it from both sides, the right and the left.

OK, got it, stereotypes are unfair and should be avoided.

You know like I do that Asheville is a hippie time warp and is no place for traditional minded folks. Been there on business, couldn’t believe what I saw.

FWIW, I happen to be acquainted with the federal judge for the Western District of North Carolina. He works in Charlotte and is from a local family. Told me his current post could be described as `the law west of the Pecos’. Apparently the hill country produces some pretty wild cases, just sayin’.

Drove to Tennessee last week. US 40 through the Pisgah Gorge is a beautiful sight to see.
