>>I wonder when, either in the UK or in the US, the government will start shuttering churches for being hate groups?

Soon. Very soon. Fortunately, Christianity thrives when it is suppressed. Look at China and Africa today! When they finally decide to oppress us, we will grow stronger than we’ve been in 1000 years as denominations cease to exist because we won’t have the luxury of picking and choosing a church anymore. Church will finally be more than bingo night, pot luck dinners, and complaining about the choir’s performance.

The worst thing that can happen is for them to threaten us, and have our “church leaders” capitulate to the gay lobby so we can keep our doors open and they can keep their jobs. The gay drama unfolding at the UMC General Conference right now is a case in point.

UMC is not only place its happening. All mainline churches and even some of the evangelical churches are falling into the gay lobby line.
One day when we go back to remenant status we will begin to grow with the ferver of the past...today the church seems to be compiled of the “frozen chosen”

That’s just a fantasy. Just look to the once Christian middle East. Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco etc... All those countries were once firmly Christian. And now the few surviving Christians are just tiny minorities.

When the West falls Christianity will dwindle to a mere handful on the global scale.
