Something I could care less about. I don't like finding dog poop on the sidewalk.
If I see it; I will usually step around it.
If I still stomp in it, after detecting it; I don't have much of an excuse for complaining about it.

It didn't get to where it is, nor to its present incandescent state, without deliberate human intervention.
