The government did not kill those babies; their own would-be mothers asked doctors to kill them. Women choose to kill their own babies rather than nurture them. That is abortion. It is not primarily the government's fault that women (and men) want to kill their offspring.

Certainly the parents bear the major responsibility. But it's not as though the government isn't waging a full court press to reduce the global population to 200-500 million as the Georgia Guidestones advocate quite plainly.
