You’re right. That is what you and I, along with 75% of the FReepers here would have done.

The aftermath would be hell for anyone that did take such an action. Their house would be burned to the ground within 24 hours.

Against 20 to 30 people, some of whom were probably carrying firearms, engaging with a standard carry pistol/spare mag setup would be a dicey thing.

I'd want an AR with a chest rig of 30rd mags.
