The clamor over Ted Nugent saying he would be dead or in jail if President Barack Obama is re-elected has settled down, but the conservative rocker isnt shying away from taking shots at his detractors.
On Wednesdays broadcast of The Dennis Miller Radio Show, Nugent blamed a certain core group for making an issue of his remarks and forcing the Secret Service to interview him.
It was a wonderful meeting, Nugent said. I could not say more positive glowing respect for the men and women of federal law enforcement. The vast majority of them are absolutely dedicated. They put themselves in harms way every day. The Secret Service had to respond to the bizarre subhuman squalor and the lying of the Saul Alinsky fan club and the liberal Democratic cesspool that claimed I threatened the presidents life. Of course they have to respond to that.

There is no way, except with a vivid imagination, to hear any threat to Obama in Ted’s remarks.

Gotta love this guy. It's people like Nugent that keeps our first amendment rights alive. If people don't starting speaking up now, a time will soon come where they won't be able to speak at all.

Smart guy. Deal with the police in a measured and respectful manner and lay it on the line for the why of the situation.

True as True can be. I watched his remarks.
He, in no way, shape, form or fashion, threatened ANYONE!.
The guilty collective conscience of the left makes them quite paranoid. As the old saying goes, paranoia will destroy ya.
