Otherwise many from out of state could go in and request ballots...voter registration rolls are public domain.

I agree, its so depressing. My worst fear is the Dems will Cheat their way back into power. Felon votes, Dead Votes duplicate votes, pet votes etc. And of course the Media is complicit in the disgrace.
