Rick Santorum endorsed Romney only SIX DAYS before Romney dropped out - hardly a ringing endorsement.
And Rick only endorsed him because he felt he was the best of the remaining candidates.
Let's not leave out Santorum's other statement which was that Romney "is the real conservative".
