Yep, Maryland is a freak state — and you can attribute 90% of its problems to Baltimore City and Prince Georges County. And I say this as someone who grew up in and once loved Baltimore City.
They didn’t say WHERE in Baltimore this happened. But I can make an educated guess. East of Greenmount, perhaps. Or about 90% of the rest of that gorgeous city.
