Hey dim bulb,
I mail my payments, the POST OFFICE does not deliver the
PAYMENTS to my creditors across town on time.
It has absolutely NOTHING to do with me receiving my bills on time, which I usually do.
Unless you hand the payments in to your creditor (across town) and get a receipt date right then and there they'll tell lies and charge you a late fee.
They get away with that constantly.
