Whatever happened to private property rights? If I have a building I should be able to rent it to whomever I please. A church is privately owned.

If not then why can the NAACP boot Alan West and still maintain it’s tax free status?

IIRC this all began with the Civil Rights Act. It wasn't enough to ban racial discrimination by government. The law stepped into private associations.

Sorry, if I do not wish to do business or associate with whomever, on whatever criteria I wish to use, it should be my decision and not the d@mn government.

It’s all about the new, all-encompassing tool the Leftists have called “public accommodation.” Now, they can deem anything they want a public accommodation, and they have full control.
