You're making the classic doesn't-know-much-about-statistics mistake of extrapolating from the group to the individual. While it is true that, ah, certain groups which apparently cannot be named because we don't want to hurt their feelings have an average IQ of 85, something which has been consistently measured for over a century, regardless of what test is used and regardless of how many efforts are made to make the tests culturally and racially neutral, it nevertheless does not follow that specific individuals within this group will have IQs of 85.
The average white IQ is 100. Does that mean that every single white person has an IQ of 100? Of course not.
The departure from logic (not to mention the gross distortion of what I originally posted), was so over the top, that I didn’t even bother to address it.
