I am betting that all of these districts will have candidates roughly the same age as Dr. Kings' children when he made his most famous speech (1963) that contained these words; "I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

Last year I went to Kenya and I asked a local what issues were important for the Kenyan people when they voted. He said the tribes that the candidates were from we’re most important. I was surprised that should be such an important factor, but looks like that’s what’s happening here.
