You can not get much more racist than apportioning districts because of skin color.

African-Americans converted over from "race" to "wing of the Democrat party" some time back.

The best move Republicans can make is to create 100% African-American, or Democrat districts ~ that way a smaller number of Republicans can be situated so they can elect a disproportionately larger number of Republicans.

Nothing at all racist about that ~ just good, sound public policy ~ best for everyone!

No words more ever were spoken!! How can such arrangements be constitutional, not to mention rational?
Where is it written that a citizen can be properly represented in a legislative body ONLY by a person of one’s own race? I’d be honored to be represented by Rep. Alan West of Florida.
