Romney as nominee will have coattails. When he goes down to Obama in a landslide he's likely to give control of BOTH House and Senate to Pelosi and Reid. The G_D RINOs aren't going to capture Congress with Mittens; they're going to loose Executive and Legislative plus Obama will complete the subversion of the Judiciary in his second term. The RINOs will blame conservatives for Mitten's defeat, but Mittens, like his mentor Juan McLame, will own this disaster in the making.

Mitt Romney has one thing going for him: he’s facing President Obama. Just about anyone but Obama would destroy Mitt Romney in an election, but Obama is easily the worst president of my lifetime, maybe even in the last 100 years. So, I don’t think Romney is a guaranteed loss, but we’re definitely in much worse shape than we might have been. I would have liked an election with real contrasts rather than a battle to find the best of the worst. Gah!

There is a way to increase our numbers in the house and senate with Romney as the GOP candidate. Offer up a Sarah Palin/Tea Party ticket for president and run and endorse tea party candidates for other offices. It’ll serve to turn out a far larger number of anti-obama/democrat votes.

I can even envision this ticket winning as both Obama and Romney are very unpopular. The best thing is that it’ll serve to put the frickin’ GOP-Elites in their place.
