If the General comes down to Romney vs Obama, by all means vote -- use your vote to influence the circumstances whichever Bad Guy (both Obama and Romney are bad for America) faces in office by voting third party SO THAT the final vote count shows how many voted AGAINST the liberal statist victor. Remember what happened to Clinton when he won with a 43% pluralisty -- 57% had voted AGAINST him, it was on record loud and clear, and therefore he got his ass kicked so soundly in the mid-terms that it was called The Republican Revolution.
A lot of conservatives are willing to make a deal with the devil -- Romney -- in order to avoid Obama. Like any deal with the devil, it is a losing proposition, spawned out of pure fear, and riskier than opting to fight liberalism HONESTLY by voting against it whatever form it takes.
Romney is DOCUMENTED as a dyed-in-the-wool liberal on major issues including cap-and-trade global warming eco-tyranny, nationalized health care, abortion-on-demand, the homosexual agenda, and appointing activist liberal judges. Voting for him is as nuts as voting for Obama.
The only sane option is to vote in a way that will do the most to weaken whichever liberal takes office, and that can be done by voting such that the victor has the most dismal plurality possible.
