McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years. Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an account analysis meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them. He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories. At this point I interrupted him and asked Can I possible save you some time so that you dont waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer what my business.
That is correct he says.
I replied That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You wont mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone one I know that BofA is not firearms industry friendly?
You have to do what you must he said.
So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?
Mr Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing let for him to say.
I think it is import for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms should know when a business does not support these rights. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I dont agree with a business political position I can not in good conscience support them. We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products.

I sent this to the NRA.
My Credit Union just this month moved my Credit Card from a Card Servicer to Bank of America. I just received a new card w/BA as the new owner of my CC.
I am now writing a check and canceling BA!
Never liked them and will never deal w/ them.-——
I talked to the CU and they informed me that I could get a CC from them that was theirs and not with a Servicer or any other organization.
The REP. had no answer as to why I was not told of this option before I was swapped.
Good I will withdraw my money from BoA and get another institution. Screw these SOB’s this is the last straw with me.
Dropped em in 08 when they backed the Dali’bama for prez.
Fook em an their bank !
I need a new McBro’s supermatch stock fer my M1A anyways....
Stay safe...
Wish I could afford one of them. But the Tiger Birch one I got from Fred's is awful pretty.
Good I just called up BoA and read the riot act to the Customer Service rep and told him that I was going to cancel all of my accounts and never do business with them again. I also told him that the NRA was being notified and that they could lose millions of customers too. I also told him to pass my comments up to the CEO and thank Mr. Fox.
I hope McMillan’s gets it out to everyone who owns a gun. There are a lot of us. By the way, McMillan is the premier synthetic stock manufacturer, and unless something has changed sold a ton of them to .gov.
"Bank of Amigos" is an apt nickname here.
I have a B of A credit card that I use a lot for business because i get air miles. I will transfer that account to another credit card company, for miles, and finally be done with B of A. Maybe I’ll buy another shotgun with the card first, before I transfer my account.
They posted it on their Facebook page. When ever the lefties hit we need to hit them back three times as hard and show no mercy. I mean like to return a punch with 6 massive blows from a baseball bat. This is the only language a bully understands.
TRW built rifle.... Just need the supermatch to boost the McBros for crapping in BOA’s hat.... And of course the cool factor.
Freds has some great stuff as well. Thanks for the reminder to check his site too.
Stay safe Marine !
I got this one from Fred:
USGI walnut, and just gorgeous. The rifle is an M-14NM built up on a M-14 parts kit from the CMP by 7.62MM Firearms. I love it!
I have an AOPA Credit Card with BA that I only use for aviation fuel and related operation and maintenance requirements. I will now cancel that BA card, cash in my points, and use my USAA Master Card for AVGAS. That was easy.
I remember the day when almost all banks were local, even in the 10th largest city in the nation.
I knew the President, as my banker; he knew me and my business. We both knew that our business relationship was a partnership based on trust and mutual profit.
Then the locally owned bank was sold to the first in a string of national banks and soon every time I walked in there was a new young V-P that was ‘handling my account’ and I had to try to educate him about my business before he/she was transferred to another bank location.
Those were the days, my friends, I thought they’d never end...
Toss in the fact that BoA can no longer do residential mortgages and they are goners.
We had a Boa mortgage but we just ref-fi’d and BoA is gone.
Will check this out. If true, they lose my business. Sure hope somebody can find firearms friendly banks and post a list, but I fear they’re all in hiding. While working at BB&T I lost a customer because they posted a sign prohibiting firearms inside the bank. One of my customers had a habit of making large cash deposits and legally carried a concealed weapon. Bank would not make an exception for people legally carrying firearms so he left. Like many other issues, we either stand up and be heard or be quiet when a right is lost. If I close my account, a copy of this article will be given to the branch manager. Suggest others do the same.
You can always print more money.
Works for me. Doing business with the Cabelas card has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, and getting points is a bonus. BOA took a bailout; so did GM. I will not conduct business with them ever again.
