The arrest affidavit did not mention the photograph, or the bleeding, gashes, and bruises on Zimmermans head. Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School stated upon release of the arrest affidavit that it was so thin that it wont make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense.
After the release of the photo, however, Dershowitz went much further, telling Breitbart News that if the prosecutors did have the photo and didnt mention it in the affidavit, that would constitute a grave ethical violation, since affidavits are supposed to contain all relevant information.

Sounds like its resume time for someone....
This reminds me more and more of the Richard Jewell case than the Duke case.
If you live in FLA. stay out of the ghettos. When Zimmerman walks parts of FLA. will go up in flames. A Million “CAN” March needs to be organized. With each participant carrying a CAN of gasoline to throw on the fires started in the slums.
Dershowitz, even if he’s on the right side of this case, is still a twit.
This is what happens when NBC and the other LEFTIST FRAUDS in the MSM set the tone for story. This woman looks CLUELESS. If it is determined she LEFT OUT IMPORTANT information in her report LIKE NBC DOCTORING THE AUDIO, she should not only be fired, she should be prosecuted.
It’s looking more and more like Zimmerman is going to end up owning the state of Florida, some news outlets, and some “community organizers” when this is all said and done.
It’s funny you mention the OJ case. I saw Marcia Clark on CNN awhile ago. She’s gone right off the deep end with the j”justice for Trayvon” crowd.
“grave ethical violation”
When has ethics or truth mattered to race baiters, social engineers, cultural anthropologists, civil rights whores, and the news media? Was it Lenin that said truth doesn’t matter as long as the revolutionary goals are progressing?
D-Witz wants this case because he knows he can win it .
I will work for Air Time ,,, should be on his poster .
Lets hope so. He deserves it after what he has been through.
The full title is much meatier:
“Dershowitz Blasts Zimmerman Prosecution: ‘Not Only Immoral, But Stupid’”
I’m a little lazy at times :)
Zimmerman (after this all over) has won the lottery. He should collect big money for the false arrest.
Dershowitz is an interesting character.
When I was in college, I considered Dershowitz a liberal ideologue. I didn’t much care for him at the time.
Since then, I’ve read his book on counterterrorism (Why Terrorism Works) which advocates the explicit legalization of torture in interrogation — I found it thoughtful, and compelling. I’ve heard him makes some dedicated and admirable defenses of Israel’s sovereignty and moral authority.
And now I find him holding a prosecutor’s feet-to-the-fire in what is generally a liberal orgy of racial flamethrowing.
Dershowitz continues to surprise and impress.

Refusal to reveal exculpatory evidence is more than a minor offense.
The Presecutrix knew about the photo. Bank on it
Looks like Zimmerman’s attorney O’Mara is one tough defense attorney. After dismissal of the case they should pursue lawsuits against the special prosecutor’s office as well as against several of those CBC members that publicly stated that Zimmerman hunted down and killed Martin because he was black (as well as that bug-eyed NY Knicks fan that pretends to be a filmmaker).
I have the same view as Snake Doc.
Dersh used to represent in my mind the most extreme leftists in the legal profession. Then I saw him in a round-table discussion with a bunch of other lawyers, and he was the only one who made any sense. I had miscalculated how far out the whole legal profession is!
He does have some common sense and decency, and if I were a student at Harvard Law, I would definitely learn much from his course.
It takes guts for someone in his position to speak out about this case. He also stands up for Israel when the fashion is to weep for the poor Palestinians and other assorted terrorists.
He is growing older and seeing things differently than he once did, as most of us do.
