-- ...section 31406 of the bill makes it mandatory for "black box" event recorders to be installed in every new passenger vehicle starting with model year 2015.

You have to have teh black box so that you can be taxed according to how many miles, and on what type of roads, in which county.

And where your car goes, and when, and where and when you stop. This data wil make political campaigns interesting. I heard a rumor that there was a sheriff running for office who used LoJack to fins out where his opponent was stumping, so he could send minions there to collect bumper stickers and buttons, and tie the opponent up in long conversations.

It's imperative, except for rare exceptions, every single incumbent be voted out of office.

Thank goodness we have the Republican controlled House to act as a firewall.

(Gozilla level of sarcasm - OFF)

Did anyone ever thing there was a time we would look back on Dennis Hastert and think of him as “strong”?

Sort of like this in kuwait and uae. If there is debt, don’t think about getting out of the country.

Nothing exceptional about America folks....just like the other countries....move along...

“that would oblige the Secretary of State to revoke or deny a passport to any U.S. citizen who the IRS Commissioner deems as having “seriously delinquent tax debt.”
___________________________________________________________

that would mean that Al Sharpton will not be able to travel outside of the country. He owes a very large debt in back taxes to the IRS (His tax debt was given in detail during a radio program I listened to yesterday afternoon).

He also owes a lot of money from his failed presidential campaign. Funny John Doe can't get away with this, but Al can.

If you wonder why real inflation is so much higher than reported inflation, this is an instance of one of the reasons why. This adds functionality to the product, you see, so yeah you’re paying more, but you’re getting more too. The fancy term for this is “hedonic adjustment”. Abra cadabra, the inflation is gone!

We need a reprieve, we need a congress that will only pass the required legislation to keep the CONSTITUTIONAL functions of government and then NO NEW LAWS, just repealing old laws and try to undo the damage. We have TOO MUCH GOVERNMENT.

Time to get a passport is now. If “they” don’t want a person to leave the country they will just make stuff up.

MOST EGREGIOUS SECTION:

(As part of Senate Bill 1813 (known as MAP-21), Congress has inserted language that would oblige the Secretary of State to revoke or deny a passport to any U.S. citizen who the IRS Commissioner deems as having “seriously delinquent tax debt.”
Bear in mind, this is strictly an administrative procedure; THERE IS NO DUE PROCESS. By comparison, EVEN PEDOPHILES go in front of a judge before losing their passports.
Something is wrong with this picture.)

To Barbara Boxer, pedophiles commit less serious a crime than not paying her socialist soon to be police state. This is serious folks. If someone disagrees with the IRS, this law allows the US to prevent them from going abroad, not too different from EAST GERMANY days BEFORE THE FALL OF THE WALL! WE NEED TO CALL OUR SO-CALLED REPRESENTATIVES AND RAISE HOLY HELL!

“seriously delinquent tax debt.”

Does this mean Al Sharpton will have to stay home?

Congress Is About To Pass A Bill That Restricts Traveling, Driving And International Banking

We don't need this because we have a political party already devoted to those things.

Well, that narrows it to only a 2012-13-14 SUV to replace the current unit; no 2015s in any future purchases, it would appear.

And why do ALL of our “conservative”, Republican AND Tea Party Representatives vote for this stuff every time?

Are they all compromised in one way or another?

Say what you will about Ron Paul, but at least he always votes correctly on freedom issues.

A totalitarian government must clamp down on citizensubjects' mobility, especially into and out of the country. It must control the movements of citizens and of money. Eventually the government must know or be able to instantly find the location of every subject. There will be no policeman demanding to see your papers. He will simply point his sensor at you and get all the information he wants from your imbedded chip.

Any Senator who votes for MAP-21 immediately outs him- or herself as a totalitarian.
