This is interesting...the state is trying to put on a trial today.
Interesting, true, but state actually had no witnesses (they told judge no witnesses) - these were called by the defense. Its the defense who is pushing the envelope, and its been very effective. If the plan is to show the charges as bogus for all the world to see - its working.

You’re right- it’s NOT the state trying the case- lol..it’s the defense. O’Mara is a smart man and is using every inch of leeway he’s got.
