Coffee was saying that the prosecution really hurt themselves at this bail bond hearing. The prosecution testified under oath that no determination can be made as to who delivered the first punch or attack. This is crucial.

Yes it is. Under FL's Stand Your Ground law, the defender may not be arrested or charged unless "there is probable cause that the force that was used was unlawful".

The prosecution has just admitted in court that they have no evidence that would indicate that Zimmerman was the aggressor. The prosecution's after-court staff meeting is not likely to be a happy one.

This was tort reform to stop slap suits.

The tort lawyers want the stand your ground repealed for their own finances. The brady campaign/gun control inc. can't suit people because of this law.
