State asking why she never went to Prosecutor about perceived threats...umm they didn;t know about BPP bounty? BS!
Another photo was released showing alot of blood on GZ’s head.

Zimmerman’s attorney is pounding the State’s investiagtor and his choice of words that were used in their affadavit...
I have always been led to believe that the trial comes after the bail hearing.
who’s watching????
this state’s atty investigator is a complete BOOB!!!!!
The arm band shackles seem like a game being played by the security. Generally, there are no arm shackles for this type of self surrender defendant. at most it is handcuffs behind the back until the actual start of the hearing.

I’ve been watching since the hearing started- Zimmerman’s wife is very strong and a no-nonsense kind of person. His lawyer is fantastic. His mother and father both calm and forthright. The state looks as though it’s digging for buried treasure - in an empty sandpit.
Great job folks. I’m at work and can’t watch the precedings. PLEASE keep up updated. You are much appreciated.
no dems
State now trying to recover by relying on evidence/testimony not in evidence (objection - sustained). State is in total panic mode.
This whole hearing is a joke.
Why is George Lucas up on the stand? Ha
But seriously, sounds like this investigator has very weak evidence..GZ attorney tearing him up
Where is our resident “25 year prosecutor” who had absolutely no doubt GZ should have been charged to offer his explanation of this lopsided hearing?
Now, if anything happens to him, can Farrakhan, Sharpton and Jesse Jackson be charged as accessories for placing a bounty on his head?
Zimmerman’s on the stand now.
Apologized to Martin’s family...
If the State Prosecutor didn’t know about the Black Panther bounty - and the hundreds of other threats - she’s too out of touch to do her job.
Zim’s attorney is questioning the investigator: do you have any evidence that conflicts with Zim’s statement that Martin started the fight? The investigator was very determined not to say “no”, but after being presented the same question four or five times, he eventually had to.
That had to be the Bail Hearing of the Century. I thought GZs lawyer did an outstanding job. The judge seemed very fair.
I was shocked and scared when GZ took the stand, but he held up amazingly well against the prosecutor’s attempts to get him to incriminate himself, admit to changing his story or get him to contradict his earlier statments.
I think GZ was a far more credible and effective witness than the state’s investigator with his 248 years of experience, or whatever it was.
