“Her husband is white so she thought could pass off a white baby as theirs.”
I didn't know husband (sometimes reported as “boyfriend) was white. Was wondering why she didn't try for a black baby. Sick, sick, sick.
Once again the press bends over backwards to set the "narrative", which doesn't necessarily mean the truth.

Yes you're right .. head wounds on Z, powder burns on M .. I'm not a court reporter, nor have any desire to play one on FR or TV.

As Reading, couldn’t help but think that if the police don’t have a picture very similar to the one posted by ABC today, they are negligent and Z has a case against them too.

It appears from the way the witness (John —as in John Doe) gave a discription of the incident that he has some LEO or maybe military police experience. Taking the picture would confirm that experience.

The investigator hasn’t seen GZ’s medical report.

The prosecutor has an AFFIRMATIVE DUTY to disclose information that proves innocense. The ethics rules mandate this. The law mandates this.
If she had such information and she witheld it then she, and her underlings, are the ones in trouble.

Duke case should show that type of prosecution looses...even looses the prosecutors law license.

Do you really think it would have mattered?
To: AmericanInTokyo
Don’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen, but, I agree with you!
To: Roccus
Any time the average citizen gets involved in the system the cabal of LEOs, judges, lawyers and bail bondsmen ALL get a piece of you whether you are innocent or guilty. It's big business.
To: sheikdetailfeather
The Zimmermans should be able to win some major lawsuits soon. I sure hope so.
