It isn’t looking good for Sarko in some polls, but the high number of undecideds, switchers, and stay at homers, make anything possible.

Hollande is anything but a “moderate” Socialist, as AFP calls him in this article. True, he has never held a real job or had any government experience, but he has been President of the Socialist Party for 10 years.

A word of warning to our French friends.
Nothing good has ever come from Socialism-it has failed everywhere it has been tried.

“Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of ignorance, its inherent virtue, the equal sharing of misery”
  Winston Churchill

Shocking. 28% for the “moderate” socialist. 16% for the fascist, 15% for the Communist.

Despite his strong and persistent lead in the opinion polls, Socialist frontrunner Francois Hollande urged voters to show up for Sunday's first round, worried that a low turnout could benefit Sarkozy.

What a disappointment the French people face if they elect a Socialist.

Apparently the French do not like something Sarkozy did to them, or failed to do for them, so they will vote for someone with a 100% chance of failure. So be it!

As the mother of Forrest Gump told him, "Stupid is as stupid does!"

I’m just wondering how the French can vote for looms. And would the outcome be fruit of the looms?

Given what is happening in the PIGS, I can’t believe that the French people would elect someone who wants to follow those same policies..
