Chili, mustard, relish, and onion...? Ya think?

Now I am so hungry for a hotdog and of course, there are none in the house.
I also like it with mustard and sauerkraut but the hot dogs has to be Kahns, Kosher International or Boarshead. I like to know there aren’t any weird animal parts in that dog.
