I determined quite a while ago, regarding consumables like food and drinking water, that you’re going to need to do more than store up a supply. You’re going to have to implement systems that produce these consumables, because you just can’t store enough.
Seeds, fertlizer, canning jars and etc are good 'stuff' to get now.
