Weekend total now 7 dead and 13 wounded. Pathetic pandering police chief McCarthy blames guns and —I kid you not— Sara Palin. Mayor Emmanuel blames predecessor Daley. Nearly all the mayhem took place in the city's South and West sides. Real reason is the complete breakdown of family life, decency, and morality in those parts of the city. Several weeks ago Michelle Obama said she was raising her daughters to have “South Side values.” Go figure.
