You have Lamar Smith (TX) endorsing Romney in 2008, but don’t forget that he was an early endorser of Romney this time around, and in fact endorsed him back in May of last year, before he (or we) knew what the field was going to be. Plus Smith tried to push SOPA on us, which could be used to destroy websites like Free Republic. SOPA belongs in China, not the United States of America.
