Assuming they can find an impartial jury, on what evidence will they convict him? And if they don't convict him, will this prosecutor assume responsibility for the ensuing riots?

He will loose, because the prosecuting attorneys will make all about race.

He may get it overturned on appeals, but then will face the Fedgov civil rights charges which have a lower burden of proof.

the judge can still throw it out. My question is why wait to arrest? Why didn’t she announce this yesterday? What was with the in 72 hours she’ll come forward?

If she doesn’t convict him, Holder will prosecute him for violating Martin’s civil rights. No double jeopardy protection.
