Saddam Hussein had children’s prisons. If his regime became angry with the father or family of the child, he would have the child arrested and thrown in prison without toilets, and only occasional food, or water. The prison was inhabited by other children ‘wailing helplessly’ and parents would come to a steel grate and try to see their children in the darkness. This was Saddam’s torture - what better way to eviscerate a parent then to torment the children. The article I read (MSM) said that the children wailed and went without regular food and water in the filth and extreme heat until their cries became weak and they frequently sickened and died. WHERE was the UN then? Saddam sent his sociopathic sons freely into the community to rape or kill whomever offended them (one son had a rival fed to lions after being smeared with honey). WHERE was the UN?

Since their only objective is redistribution of wealth they have absolutely no interest unless payments, taxes or funding programs are available. For the UN to have input they must sense they can tax something or get a program funded.
