Man arrested on robbery, battery charges in transvestite shootings

A Palm Beach Gardens man who Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach police say was shooting transvestite prostitutes has been arrested.

On Friday, a judge ordered that 22-year-old Luis Rijo De Los Santos be held in lieu of $300,000 bail.

De Los Santos, who already is facing charges of robbery with a firearm and aggravated battery with a firearm, may also be charged with first-degree murder, as one of the men he allegedly shot died from his injuries.
