The Constitution trumps presidential decree. The US Constitution is the law of the land, period. If any of the three branches of government willfully violate any of the conditions set forth by the US Constitution, then those parties are subject to discipline under the checks and balances system. The checks and balance system is designed to keep all parties involved in line, according to the Constitution. Those who choose to violate those truths will do so at their own peril, because the Constitution gives us the right to redress our greivances, it dosen’t specify how we’ll address them, and that could get really ugly, real fast.

Hopefully, our Constitution is strong enough to keep Sharia or any other religion out of our government.

Smile

Yes indeed

But it seems like checks and balances are not working. And the right of “redress” is vague in the extreme. We have a right of redress but they don’t have to answer.

So

When all else fails what do we do?
