Dissident priests certain should be called to task but,IMO,it's just about as important to do the same to certain prominent politicians.Excommunication of Pelosi and Kerry would be a good start.

"Excommunication of Pelosi and Kerry would be a good start."True. My own beliefs are much, much closer to the teachings of the Catholic Church than Pelosi and Kerry's -- and I'm not even a Catholic! The Dem pols are, in effect Catholics one day every 2 or 6 years -- on Election Day! The Catholic Church would have much more credibility in my mind if it told them to take a walk and find a religion more consistent with their own beliefs.
