I listened to Rush since the late 80's and like most fools he will always think voting R is the best.
Well, I am very much at peace knowing that I will not be casting a vote for a hard-core Statist who absolutely loathes Conservatives (that's mitt in case some people are wondering -lol)
I pray to God every night that He guides and inspires enough good people that when called upon they can lead the effort to restore our Republic to a strict Constitutional foundation.
I have the utmost faith that no matter the damage by the evil left and the arrogant elitist GOP-e, enough good people will stand ready and willing to do the hard work to right the wrongs that have been foisted upon our Republic by those who worship at the alter of State Power.
For those who are weak and feel that Mitt would be better than Obama, know this. Mitt worships at the alter of State Power.
I am really disappointed in the Republican electorate this year. I started out hoping that Sarah would run. When that did not happen IMHO Newt emerged as the best choice for me. That is not going to be the case.
Looks like Mitt is it and far down on the list of choices in my mind. Then you look at what Obama has done the past couple of weeks. It is so bad that it looks like I will go ahead and vote for Mitt. I had really thought about by passing voting for President if Mitt was the choice. However Obama has made up my mind for he. He is a total unmitigated disaster. Unfortunately Mitt it is.

It is an amazing descent. Two/three years ago, with the combined advent of Palin and the whole Tea Party movement, it was the first time since the 1980s and the era of Reagan that I really had a glimmer of optimism about the country’s future. Talk about dashed to hell! The GOP-e and Romney have really turned everything into a bottomless pit. I’ve gone from being totally energized to not being remotely invested in anything going on. Become more of a distant spectator, idlely bemused by the entire, farcical demolition-derby of an election year, while the country continues its swirling demise.
