It is looking good in WISCONSIN. In counties with high incomes (where Romney tends to do the best), Santorum is beating Romney (I see something like a six to six county lead split for either Rick or Mitt right now, a real nail biter), and the central blue collar corrider areas north and south (Fox Valley) of the state, which should be solid Santorum, have yet to report. It is still at about 40% to 40%, with Romney slightly over Santorum. It will seesaw, but we can hope these rural areas come in and push Senator Santorum up and over Romney for a win in Wisconsin. Would not that be something. Break out the cheese and the brats. And on to Pennsylvania! (Newt, at low double digits or mostly single digits these days, please, please, ally or otherwise get out please and endorse the anti-Romney left, take one for the CONSERVATIVE TEAM...you are a good man and I know you would do it).

Oh Boy I hope FOX NEWS has to retract WISCONSIN later and eat a nice fastidious cr*p sandwich with cheddar cheese on top, and Karl Rove would have to check himself in for uncontrollable eye twitching.

If you study the county-by-county totals it is obvious Romney has won:

http://www.cnn.com/election/2012/primaries/county/table/r/wi

You’ll note that there are counties with a lot of votes in, where Romney has a big lead, with a small % of votes counted, like Kenosha, Ozaukee, and of course Milwaukee.

So Mitt will pull away in about 2 hours from now of counting. Evidence that it’s not “rigged” is that the percentages in the big counties for each candidate won’t change, their vote totals will just increase changing the overall vote %.

CBS called it as well. I think it’s a bit premature, but probably a foregone conclusion.
