Can someone help me on the diplomatic etiquette here?
Is it ‘Comrade President Obama’, or ‘President Comrade Obama’?
Though the various ‘czars’ have no Constitutional role in the Federal Government, can we still consider them to be part of the ‘Presidium’?
There is no point in asking the pathetic timid Republican leadership for guidance. They are too cowed to do or say anything.
