I honestly believe Mambo sees this nation and it's people as simply a bank account for him to use in whatever, and where-ever he wants to spread "Our" wealth. Be it bribes, promises, or payoffs of any denomination to any nations government or and organizations worldwide....and the crumbs he throws to this nation are simply to passify and quiet those who would otherwise rise to oppose him..
Either way crashing this country in the process is simply seen as collateral damage to him in order to manipulate the world stage to his liking.
