“The incident happened as Shane McClellan was walking home from a birthday party at a friend's house Tuesday around 2 a.m.” This story sounds kind of odd to me and what the heck is 16 year old doing on a Tuesday night (I would think that is a school night) at 2 am in the morning.

Well, this story appears 'Treyvon-related', presuming what I'm reading is true.

I used to be the furthest person from expecting wide scale racial violence in American streets, but now it seems more and more obvious that there are too many who mean it to occur even if they have to invent it into existence. They just want it to happen. Sad and stupid as hell.

Oh well, not me though. I live fairly remote and there's no real diversity here. I guess I'll just have to watch America burn on HDTV from the safety of my home.

Republicans from every State in the Union need to write legation and present bills that will hold Blacks accountable for hate crimes. Separate laws should be put forward and voted on by each States Congress and Senate's. The democrats and the assumed obstructionist attitudes towards these bills to enact laws of Equality should be the Right's/Republican's blow back to the Obama Administrations' orcharestrated attempts to whip up racial/emotional voter base and get the conservative/independents enraged over the race baiting, gender warpped emotional attempts to shore up a democrat voter base.

Also, there should be bills/legistation presented to ID the voter registration of criminals.

The attack was savage. Two people set upon Shane McClellan in the early morning hours one day last May as the 16-year-old was walking home from a friend's house.

"They burned him with lit cigarettes, they urinated on him, they beat him, his teeth were chipped, his face was swollen almost beyond recognition when the police arrived several hours later," deputy prosecutor Erin Becker told a judge Friday.

Police say the men beat and tortured McClellan for as long as four hours, at one point saying "how do you like it, white boy?"

A judge sentenced Mohamed to 69 months in prison, almost six years, for robbery and malicious harassment with a firearm enhancement. She called the crime hateful, humiliating and senseless™ ..

 

 

 

IOW, no federal hate crime statutes were invoked to enhance his sentence? Just the judge saying it was hateful and senseless™
