Okay, okay, okay, Boehner - it really is simple. Draft a bill as an extention of the dress code not allowing hoodies on the House floor. Poof - this will send Sharpton, Jackson, Sheila Jackson Lee, and the rest of the black racist caucus into orbit - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!

The rules require business attire. A hoodie isn’t business attire. It isn’t even business causal. The speaker used the wrong rule. The hat rule is interesting and limited, but the business attire rule is pretty specific. In all the businesses I’ve worked for it’s a coat and tie. It can be a sport coat but the slacks can’t be jeans. High tech companies and some others have some very relaxed rules of what business attire is, but they are unusual in that area.
